Password Reset

Updated

When logged in to the iOS or Android app:

  1. Tap Settings
  2. Tap Account
  3. Tap the vertical dot icon
  4. Tap "Change Password"

When not logged in to the iOS or Android app:

  1. From the main app screen, tap "I have an account"
  2. Tap "I forgot my password"
  3. Type in your email address
  4. Follow the reset steps you receive in the email
