Password Reset

Updated

When logged in to the iOS or Android app:

  1. Tap "Settings" at the bottom right hand corner of the Home screen.
  2. Tap "Account Information."
  3. Tap the 3 vertical dots in the top right hand corner of the screen.
  4. Tap "Change Password."

 

When not logged in to the iOS or Android app:

  1. From the main app screen, tap "I have an account."
  2. Tap "I forgot my password."
  3. Type in your email address.
  4. Follow the reset steps you receive in the email.
