Customer Service is usually able to assist with troubleshooting needs, but in some cases a return may be best (no AT&T signal where you live, for example). LINK AKC purchases from linkakc.com are eligible for returns within 90 days of product purchase with our 90 Day Product Guarantee.
To return LINK AKC (within 90 days of purchasing on linkakc.com):
- Call Customer Service
- Customer Service will send you a return shipping label for you to return your undamaged product in its original packaging. Dog-induced damage is not eligible for refunds.
- We need to first receive the undamaged product back before we can issue a refund.
To return LINK AKC (and you didn't buy on linkakc.com):
- Return the product back to the vendor you purchased from.
- Remember to call Customer Service to cancel your service plan
Outside of 90 days, no product returns will be accepted, but you can cancel the service plan and may receive a partial refund if you pre-paid a 1-year, 2-year or 3-year service plan.
