We want you to be completely satisfied with LINK AKC. If you are not, please call us ASAP so that we can help troubleshoot and get you back to using LINK AKC.
- If you decide that LINK AKC is not a fit for you (no AT&T signal where you live, for example), and you purchased your LINK AKC from our website, please call us within 90 days of product purchase for a refund on your product purchase price.
- In order to redeem you must contact Customer Service and you must return the entire LINK AKC kit, undamaged, before we can issue a refund.

- Used service plan time is non-refundable. Please refer to our Service Plan Cancellation policy to learn more.
- if you purchased from Amazon or somewhere other than linkakc.com, you must contact that vendor in order to process your product return and refund, but you should still contact our Customer Service team to cancel your service plan.
