If you accidentally signed up for your Link My Pet service plan with the wrong email address or need to change to a different email, no worries! Changing your email address through the app on your phone is a quick and easy process!
- Begin on the Home page.
- Choose "Settings" on the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
- Select "Account Information."
- Click on the three dots in the top right corner.
- Choose "Edit Info."
- Enter new email address.
- Choose "Save" at the top right corner.
Once you have entered your new email address, the app will ask you to sign out and sign back in for the change to take effect.
